ingredients
For panner balls:
- 1 litre full cream milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 tsp cornflour
For Rabri (Sweet Milk Syrup):
- 1 litre full cream milk
- 4-5 tbsp sugar
- 4-5 cardamon pods
- a few strands of saffron
step by step ras malai recipe
- boil the milk an add lemon juice or vinegar to curdle it
- drain the curds using a cheesecloth and rinse with cold water
- press gently to remove excess water and knead into a smooth soft dough
